STEPS TO ADMISSIONS

Kindergarten — 12th Grade

 

Step 1: Visit Us

Contact our Administrative Assistant to schedule a tour of the campus. 

  

Step 2: Inquire Online 

Complete the online inquiry.  You can access it from our website at www.pcawarriors.org.   Select the Admissions tab on the menu bar. Fill out the inquiry. 

 

Step 3: Schedule Evaluation (1st grade - 12th grade) 

_____ We will need grades from previous school. 

(If we need to do more assessment then, we will administer assessment/placement evaluations to all new applicants 1st grade through 8th grade. We will use the scores  help us assess  your child’s capability for success in our school and to determine reading and math skill levels.) 

____ IEP or 504 Plans if applicable

Step 4: Online Enrollment ($250 Fee) 

_____ Complete your student’s enrollment packet once it is emailed  to you.   

 

Step 5: Paperwork and Fees  

____  Original Birth Certificate – will be copied and returned (Can be uploaded)

____  Original Social Security Card – will be copied and returned (Can be uploaded)

____  Certification of Immunization (“Blue Card”) 

____ Church/Home School Enrollment Form KG-12 Grade 

____ Records Release/Transfer Form - Grades 1-12 Grade 

 

Online enrollment and paperwork must be completed before students can attend class.
